- March 15th is the deadline for receipt of deposits on all bookings made last summer and fall
- All reservations must be confirmed by a deposit of $200.00 per cottage per week, $150.00 per cottage per weekend, within 14 days of booking
- No reservations will be held after these time periods

- 3 Bedroom/3 and 4 Star – 6 People
- 4 Bedroom/4 Star – 9 People
- Deposit refunded, less $50.00 service charge, if notice is received in writing 30 days prior to reservation(s).
- Weekly Rentals, check-in anytime after 2:00 P.M. Saturday, check-out by 10:00 A.M. Saturday
- Weekend Rentals, check-in anytime after 12:00 P.M. Friday, check-out by 4:00 P.M. Sunday
